With Duplicate File Scanner, you can find and delete same copies of files easily. It finds true duplicates by content (instead of file name and size alone). What I would like ideally is a way to select a reference folder and subfolder and set it as a reference, then I can check a set of folders by hash. I've checked out some duplicate file checkers like Cwazka (sp?) and it finds TONS of duplicates. I tried to keep them on my server, but some folders were saved on my desktops, some were in backups that got dumped back onto the server, it's all over the place.
